      Great workforce team! Dedicated and passionate about their work and company. Premier product in the industry and well recognized as a leader. High quality and safety standards. Committed middle management team truly concerned with the future and the team work / lift balance.

      Recent constant shake up in leadership has left high unnecessary concerns with job permanency and distracting away from job performance and execution.

      My duties is to receive the information from the owners and then deliver to the employees,then place them where I see needed.

      Cons

      Taking on responsibilities that you have no say or control over of when you have to deal with few employees take it up with my employer where I have them to do.
