No accountability so I️ was able to find another job on their time. They did let me take a boat out a few times on a stinky river. Very relaxed people no one is type A in Managment so you can relax.
Cons
No real chief in charge and I️ had like 10 mini bosses to try to each manage me for an hour a day. What a joke this place is. I️ would be surprised if any smart person wanted to stay here for more than a year. I️ ran as fast as possible. If your looking for an engineering team like a carnival look no further this is your place.
A short commute to my home. When there isn't any overtime Sea Ray works a ten hour four day work week.
Cons
Unpleasant working conditions (hot, fiberglass dust everywhere, too many people working together in tight quarters at the same time).
Sea Ray is never satisfied with how much work you do. If you do somehow manage to finish the high workload they pile on you, they just pile on more work and add it to your permanent schedule.
