Literally nothing. Don’t work here

I have been gone from this company for at least 2 years and I still have dreams at night about it. I wake up feeling blessed and refreshed that it was just a dream but it just goes to show the toll that this company had on me. Please please save yourself and don’t even apply/interview. Management is terrible and I have seen them raise their voices at women which I think is inappropriate.

Nobody is held accountable for their actions... Poor management lets this happen... Almost every employee is just a finger pointer when something bad happens... Management is not held to a higher standard and do not try to set good examples for their people. The pay sucks and the facility is in terrible shape. Also there is a buddy system that is a big problem with how it functions.
