      Fast paced and technically challenging. Some recognition for outstanding work.

      Cons

      Poor management and short-sightedness of executive management. Short-term goals supercede long-term success. Lots of advice given before any understanding of the issues.

      Pros

      Competitive compensation, with opportunities to receive performance based rewards. If you live in the Scotts Valley area, the location is ideal.

      Cons

      Working for a global corporation can present a very challenging schedule. Strong community feel is very spotty, some groups have it much more than others.

      Flexibility and decent work environment. Lot of good co workers who are knowledgeable and helpful at the same time. Most of the managers are pretty easy to work with.

      Cons

      Too much politics, big company mentality and bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to get visibility in the company.
