Pros

The Company has been able to go largely remote with only certain teams needing to come in based on the required work performed. The Company performs well with an emphasis on ensuring that the stockholders get the best outcomes.

Cons

The communication of things happening and changes coming down the pipeline needs to be better. Some things change and people aren't aware that it's happening until it's already here.

I was able to work remote.

Cons

-too many layoffs. People were laid off with a few hours notice. -your job is to make Terry downes and the board look good, not to actually do any good. -HR was all over the place. -Company culture was horrendous. -teams are made up of self absorbed people who constantly use the new person as a scape goat. -you are underpaid while the COO makes over $2 million. -you work overtime and on weekends unpaid.
