Pros

Some employees really care about the mission and do the best they can. The overall goals are meaningful. There were nice people there. The benefits were decent.

Cons

They had layoffs and restructuring over the past few years. Employees resigned or retired but weren't replaced. All of it hurt employee morale. Minimal management training. A few toxic managers.
