Work from home, Off early on Fridays

Cons

• You sit on an auto dialer all day every day • SeamlessOS is disliked by prospects, so you get hung up on constantly • Poor quality contact data provided – often inaccurate or unusable (hard to imagine paying for it as a customer) • Quota expectations are misleading: offer letter says 75%+ is hitting quota, but leadership still places you on a PIP even if you hit 75–90% • High turnover: most of the women on the team quit, largely due to poor leadership and lack of direction

low salary good commission pay. a lot of volume deals sometimes deal with non qualified leads. Work life balance is non existent.
