Pros

The company is wfh / remote based.

Cons

Seamless spends more time and money tracking its employees than it does on boosting its own product. It is obvious how little C-Level takes feedback into consideration when metrics are being changed on a monthly basis and you will be fired if you didn't meet expecatation on metrics you didn't know you had. The CEO on a recorded training call with the CSM team called us all drunk losers to our faces with the CRO on the same call who did nothing to correct the bad behavior. It was never acknowledged by anyone else in leadership the fact that the CEO was harassing an entire team. A majority of the company lives in a continuous cycle of fear that they will be fired due to the ever-changing metric structure. This company will tear down your self-esteem beyond belief. Most of these reviews are fake as are a lot of the reviews on other platforms or other products the C-Level individuals have put out. Don't work here, for your own sake of sanity. This company has a higher turnover rate than fast food chains.

Pros

Your success is in the palm of your hands in this role. If you are disciplined and take ownership, you will do very well - simple. What you put into this role, you will 110% get out of it. The culture is incredible due to the fact that you have the best talent from all over. Everyone genuinely wants to see their peers win. Management all started as SDRs here so the coaching is top tier.

Cons

If you have trouble with self motivation or consistency, this is not the role for you.

Pros

-remote -learn a lot about tech sales -most people are nice -good way to break into the industry -can get promoted quick

Cons

Pay is way below average, if you don't hit numbers you will get fired, people are fired every week super high turnover rate which is why they are always hiring. Days can be very repetitive and they will have you cold calling 4-5 hours a day. Upper management is also constantly making changes that seldom benefit the SDR's. Best advice is to get in work hard and have an exit plan. Also like 90% of the reviews on here are fake.
