Thank you for leaving us a review! Teamwork and collaboration are highly encouraged at Seamless.AI, which is why "Whole > Self" is one of our core values! We're glad to hear you feel comfortable looking to your teammates for tips and feedback. Canceled prospect meetings are an unfortunate part of sales, especially around the holidays when people are traveling and taking time off. If you ever feel that there's more we could be doing, be sure to check in with your manager! We hope you continue to grow in your career with us!

Pros

Mid-level management and Sales trainers. Remote work. My teammates were pleasant to work with. Sales managers sharpen the skills of their team and will help you grow as a sales professional.

Cons

Where do I start... The interview. I was told by the hiring manager that 80% of the organization was hitting a minimum quota of 40 held meetings and that the company was growing to hit 1000 employees. None of this was true on average, 40% of the sales org was hitting their quota, and they went on a firing spree giving no notice and terminating employees left and right. The HR department was apathetic when I mentioned my mom passing away and lied about the company having an Employee Assistance Program. It wasn't until my manager stuck up for me and called out the BS that was taking place. They ended up having one... The CEO and upper management are disingenuous and view you as a number rather than a business professional. Mr. Bornancin puts more passion into selling his books rather than developing an ethical culture for his business. Brandon went on LinkedIn and claimed he was helping his employees that were affected by hurricane ian. Another lie, he did not allow me to use my PTO during the time I missed work due to the effects of the hurricane. The top two SDRs every month use lists and sales tools that are only provided to them and not to the rest of the SDRs. You are compared to their metrics but not given the tools to hit the numbers they are hitting. While they are making 60-100 dials a day, you are making 300-400 and not getting anywhere close to the conversions they are getting.

We regret that you haven't had a better experience with us. We aim to be fully transparent on the role expectations during the interview process, and we're sorry to hear you felt misled. Our leadership does not see any employee as just a number. Our employees are what makes our company, and our leadership recognizes that our employees are the reason for the continued success. Our leaders are eager for employee feedback, which is why we send out anonymous surveys regularly. These surveys get reviewed by leaders so we can make changes where we see there's a need. We know there is always room for improvement and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are always looking for ways to do better, and we look to our employees for ideas on how to do so. If you have any feedback or complaints you'd like to share with us directly, please don't hesitate to contact our HR team directly so they can be addressed. Pros

It is a good entry to tech sales that is attainable for all backgrounds.

Cons

Best practices are not practiced. You'll have to learn by yourself bc they will teach you sales tactics that are just too aggressive.

We're disappointed to hear this was your experience. All of our incoming SDRs are required to complete a month-long training program, with additional training opportunities held throughout the year. While we encourage SDRs to utilize what they're taught in training, we understand sales methods that work for some, may not work for everyone - and that's okay! We appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to grow in your career with Seamless.AI!
