The culture is amazing. Everyone is so genuinely helpful and the leaders make sure you will succeed. This is a dream job for Account Executives who are ready to make money.

Cons

If you're not ready for intense training, you might get overwhelmed. Otherwise, nothing!

I was with Seamlerss.AI for a little over 10 months and loved every minute of it. Its a fast paced, demanding job with pretty high goals. For me this is the environment I thrived in BUT it may not be for others. This isn't a job you can come in and just expect to have things handed to you. If you are really shy and lazy you will not last. If you are hungry and motivated you could make a lot of money here. Also, my direct supervisors and top leadership always showed they

Health benefits aren't the best. The premium and co-pays are higher then any plan I've ever had in the past. 401k doesn’t kick in until after 1 year. Use it or lose it PTO system and its straight PRO, no sick time. If the benefits were better I'd probably still be there today. With that being said, I don't think its a reason to shy away. I needed to make this decision off a personal reason and I know they are always continuing to improve their benefits

They have great training and it is definitely a nice place to start after college and learn more about sales

Cons

The SDR role is more like an appointment setter role, you’re making 400 calls per day.
