This company has zero experience working with Professionals. My previous company wants me back a as contractor. After six weeks I’m still not hired. They never accept my phone calls and never return calls. It’s a disaster. Email is the only communication which never addresses issues. My previous employers hands are tied using this pathetic agency.

Job description was not fully disclosed and they had me working the job of three people. Also, very unprofessional when it comes to working with other in the office.

They usually keep the fridge stocked, and its fast paced environment keeps things ever changing and challenging.

Cons

Very unprofessional, the owner curses openly and LOUDLY, completely embarrassing for those talking to external employees or clients. There is a lot of favoritism, if you are one of the owner's favorites you get away with anything and significantly more pay. Most of the older employees are lazy and don't make a team contribution, everyone will try to push work on each other and since it is relatively small alot of things fall through the cracks . Save your energy and time, apply somewhere else.
