      Pros

      Exciting place to work. The environment is fun and the work is challenging. Hard work is appreciated and recognized. Owners are approachable and willing to get in the trenches and work hard with every member off the team. Provides a great work life balance. Management is understanding to personal life and needs. Company provides bonuses and rewards. We get our birthday off (paid) and we have taken multiple company cruises. It is truly a work hard play hard environment.

      If you are hoping to fly under the radar and not work hard, this is not the company for you.
