If you're looking for a lackadaisical job to do nothing, this company is not for you. The people who work here are VERY hard workers, that doesn't go unnoticed by management. This is a work hard, play hard environment. They have an open door policy which is appreciated. I feel comfortable addressing my problems with the owners any time. As for their big decisions that will affect us as a whole company, they always consider our employee concerns. You don't get that from other companies, they truly do care. Also, there's endless opportunities to grow with SearchPros, it's up to you whether or not you choose to thrive in your position. If you're the type of person to just expect without any effort in your role, apply somewhere else. I've been with SearchPros for many years and hope to stay with them for many more.

The owners are a welcoming trio of professionals that work hard and know how to get the job done.
