Pros

Amazing people and incredible vision. Searchmetrics has changed its way of selling - embrace that and you will be happy. Get on the Bus and we all win. Because of this change, you can be creative, curious and challenge the status quo.

Cons

Some employees have not embraced the change and come onboard the bus. If they are that unhappy - they should move on - they are not a tree.

Supportive Management Team and great Teamspirit

Since 4 years the main reason why I am here is my managers, which always supported me personally to develope and be able to test new stuff. Also I love the teamspirit, of course covid changed a lot and we don't see each other that often, but if so, we are still an amazing group of talents!

Cons

I would love to see more continuity from management.
