There are some great people and flexible on hours and WFH.

Cons

The platform is a really hard sell since it hasn’t been improved/updated in line with what customers actually want so churn is very high. Management also come up with random product ideas and are surprised when they don’t sell. Wouldn’t be surprised if the company ceased to exist very soon, especially since there were 59 redundancies made in August.

Lacking innovation. Executive leadership is incompetent. No diversity. I don't expect the company to exist a year from now.

Sorry you had a poor experience and happy to speak with you about the same. At present Searchmetrics has 9 Executives of which 3 are female, 1 is a black male, 1 is an Asian male, and 1 is both gay and a military veteran, So, 6 out of 9 of our execs qualify as diverse, which we are very proud of. Diversity comes in all shapes and sizes. We appreciate your feedback though!
