Thanks for your feedback and sorry your experience is (or was) not as expected. We strive to create a positive environment with integrity and respect for the individual at the foundation. If a person or persons aren't, or were not, showing up to our standards, we all have the duty to address this first with the "offending" person/persons, then work with the manager, HR, etc., to solve. We work very hard and demand a lot from our people. We live our core values: innovation, customer value, excellence, respect for the individual, and team. Thank you for your feedback. We are excited about the natural turnover of our leadership team after more than 4 years of consistency at the core leadership level. Searchmetrics firmly believes in promoting from within. With this comes stretch opportunities and a learning curve for people leaders. It's unfortunate you didn't find that the former sales leader met your sales management expectations.
