I see you put we're a relaxed and flexible work environment, thank you. We pride ourselves on letting our people come to work "as they are" and that's what's kept me here for 6 ½ years as an LGBT employee. Flexible and relaxed are anathema to toxic, so we'd love to learn more about these conflicted experiences. We pride ourselves on diversity and inclusion and there is an open door policy across this company. If you felt you couldn't be your authentic self I'd like to have a discussion as to why you felt this way. And I want to correct any internal issues regarding the same with alacrity.
