Pros

Still a relatively new employee but Sectra really does seem to hire people for the right attitude and ability. So far it seems to be collection of bright people who want happy customers and go the extra mile to make that happen. I've been encouraged to become a subject matter expert where my interests lie and then share the knowledge with my team. Very happy so far!

Cons

Sectra is obsessed with finding the right people. That process took me three months from first interview to job offer. Happy with the result but not everyone can wait three months for a job offer.

Pros

Sectra Products are very competitive and cutting edge. Culture is awesome. Everyone is very positive and have good work ethic.

Cons

Must be willing to really apply yourself. Work can be fast paced and may not be for everyone.
