      Pros

      Working for a start-up company creates the opportunity for growth, not only professionally, but also personally. I find myself developing new skills, learning new things and constantly improving. The CEO, James, is a professional and has become a role model for me in various aspects. The team is very cool and supportive, and being that we all work remotely, we always make time to connect with each other. After working for a few big companies, i have to admit i have found my place here. I feel appreciated for my contributions Good communication Flexibility Great values and culture Trust

      SecureVision is a fantastic group of people that cares about their candidates as well as their clients and is fully dedicated to offer them the best experience. The team cares about each other and are committed to growing and improving every day. You'll find support in everything you need as one of the gols of the company is for everyone to be successful in their activity.

      Not quite a con but The company is rapidly growing and you need to work hard and be the best version of yourself, as this is a dynamic and challenging environment and you need to keep up with the changes and achieve the expectations required.

      I joined SecureVision a few months ago and I found it to be quite impressive. I came from a large corporation and to be honest I wasn't expecting to find such a high quality services for our clients. Not only that we have the quality that a corporation can provide, even better I might add due to the personal touch of truly involved people. I found here some amazing colleagues always looking to help you out and listen to new ideas of improvement, the team is amazing. I feel good at work, and the management team is amazing, they always add value to the team and this is an important aspect if you want to feel good at work and have a good performance 😊

      No cons. I am waiting for the pandemic situation to be done with and finally go out with the team😊
