      Pros

      I joined SecureVision a few months ago and I found it to be quite impressive. I came from a large corporation and to be honest I wasn't expecting to find such a high quality product for our clients. Not only that we have the quality that a corporation can provide, even better, I found here some amazing people always looking to help you out and listen to new ideas of improvement, the team is amazing. I feel good at work, and the management team is amazing and they always add value to the team and this is an important aspect if you want to feel good at work😊

      I don't have any cons, I would love to meet everyone in person the pandemic makes it hard but looking forward to seeing them 😍

      Pros

      One of the best reason for working at SecureVision is the internal support for growth and development you receive, no matter on what position or on which continent. James and the other team leads are helpful, responsive, and show they really care and the people and the culture. There is a big emphasis on maintaining a high degree of communication which makes us feel closer although everyone is working remotely. Also, every contribution is noticed and valued. There is a real impact everyone has on the organization.

      Cons

      This is an amazing place to wear multiple hats, learn, and make an impact in numerous areas of the TA process. If you are not comfortable with that, it might be difficult to adjust.
