Pros

James is a very inspirational, caring, and hardworking man who refuses to give up until he gets phenomenal results. Working at SecureVision taught me a lot about working hard, getting results, and working as a team. If you ever have the chance to work for, with, or even in the same building as James-take it. You won't regret it.

Cons

Working remote may mean less communication with clients and candidates as you can't be face-to-face. However, we're moving toward a more remote world (which is far safer). Thankfully, the team consists of remote work pros who are organized and efficient with their time and resources despite the distance.

Pros

I joined the team in Autumn 2018 and it has been a joyride ever since. SecureVision is a company that encourages you to be the best version of yourself. While it creates & offers you the culture & great work conditions, it also pushes you to become a real champion in your role. Being in a competitive market, SecureVision is always looking for innovative ways to stay true to the business, their clients and candidates, while staying true to their employees. One of the things I appreciate in the company is that it empowers employees to deliver great client & candidate experiences and to engage in changing the business results; it allows you to be creative and speak freely, it encourages you to take the lead over projects and experiment, be honest & real & take your own decisions. You will always have guidance of the team & managers. Another great thing is the team itself - it's great to see different kind of personalities come together and work together. This team is used with working hard and playing harder, and the company creates events to sustain team development & team bonding or recreational events. Pros: *flexible schedule, with possibility to work remote *on the job training, you gain knowledge and a lot of insight in the domain *collaborative environment *team events - even remote events created for the whole team to enjoy *you will find your work rewarding *focused on what is going on in the world and giving back to the community *chance to connect and speak with some of the most brilliant Saas companies and people in the field.

Cons

Being a competitive market, in a fast-paced environment, where things can change pretty fast, so you have to be able to adapt quickly and be open to changes and challenges. There are goals to reach, team goals and individual goals, daily or weekly goals, there are kpi's to watch, so if you are not used with working with goals or kpi, it can seem strict to you. Recruitment is such a rewarding experience and career, but it's a very focused environment.
