systemic management issues exist company-wide: -Management utilizes "public call-out" tactics for corrections instead of private coaching. -High levels of defensiveness; pointing out inaccurate guidance often leads to petty nitpicking. - Training is unreliable, leaving employees to figure things out with accurate information roughly 70-80% of the time. Cultivates a "smile and wave" survival mindset rather than open communication.
