Uniforms are not provided seasonally. You may get one set when you’re hired, but when the weather changes, you’re on your own. Getting time off is extremely difficult. Unless you’ve been there a year and qualify for FMLA, every single day off requires a doctor’s note. Vacation options are very limited. Management does not prioritize employee needs or communication.

Horrible place to work. Supervisors and managers would micro manage EVERYTHING, including something as small as where your coat is, or what type of hat you are wearing (not that you're wearing a hat, what type of hat it is) The trainer that I had was by far the worst part, as they were a condescending rude individual who would call you out in front of a group of your peers for something as simple as "jinxing" the group by mentioning call volume was low. They proceeded to blame me for all the bad calls everyone else had and went on a 5 minute rant at the end of the day about it on teams video. This rant happened 6 hours after the "jinx" Horrible place to work, low pay, awful culture. Apply here if you want to go through three months of excruciating training at an awful company.
