Pros

You do get paid for being there and mostly are left alone to complete the mountains of work everyone has to do.

Cons

In person work is highly encouraged. Working at least 55 hour weeks as salaried employee to become noticed is requirement. Young people that work around president seem to be only ones that are promoted. When customers visit be prepared for extremely loud laughter when joking with customers.

Cons

Pay is based on industry "averages" Top tier technicians are paid the same as the poorest performers and sometimes paid less. It all depends on how the technician negotiated the starting payroll during the hiring process.

Consistent work schedule, weekly pay, good benefits plan, you can work remotely in the COVID19 environment, a lot of great team members.

Cons

Long hours, having to be available 24/7, hard to get a vacation in, a lot of changes made in short periods of time.
