Pros

Good benefits (but expensive), managers try to be fair, let us work at home during pandemic. HR is approachable if you have a problem. Company is financially secure.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with employees. Computer system change was badly planned and executed. Created more work instead of efficiency. Upper management is too egocentric to admit the mistake. Much outsourcing and layoffs, causing anxiety and ruining company culture.

Salary, benefits, company vehicle and co workers.

Cons

Not enough internal resources to do job effectively. Main concern was revenue. They put to much on people’s plates. Not a good balance of work and personal life. To stressful.
