Pros

Great environment with a lot of very smart people. Products and services are the best in the industry. Very open Corporate communication. Just a great group of people who are dedicated to improving security.

Cons

None that I can think of, but no organization is perfect.

Pros

- Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful teammates - Large professional development budget every year - Lots of vacation time - Job is fully remote and the work schedule is flexible - Lots of freedom and agency. There aren't many meetings that you have to attend with your managers.

Cons

- Management can sometimes be too lax with dealing with free-riding engineers. - Work can be rote since the vast majority of pentest projects come from one big client
