Pros

Terrific leadership team. From the top down, they are some of the best people in the industry. Outstanding services team. If it's software, these guys can crack it and show you how to secure it. Superb product development/management team. Excellent crew through and through. Good corporate culture.

Cons

There aren't that many. It is still a smallish sized company with the typical challenges but they usually resolve quickly.

Pros

This company is one of the best i've worked for in my 12+ years of experience. There is a great deal of respect and autonomy given by management to each individual in their respective roles, while still providing guidance and direction that allows for professional growth and upward mobility. The culture is one where an employee is encouraged to balance their personal and professional lives, thus further cultivating a very motivating and positive environment to work in.

Cons

There are certain limitations when working for a smaller company - but i personally prefer such working environments over "big corporate" mentality, so that is more of a subjective observation.
