Pros

Great benefits. Supports research and professional development. Management is incredibly transparent about decisions. Very nice coworkers and management; no jerks.

Cons

Getting to know co-workers as a remote employee can be difficult at first.

Pros

SI has some of the kindest people I have ever worked with. If you know what you're doing leadership will let you do things your way which is incredibly refreshing. Not a ton of red tape which also allows you to focus on driving sales rather than worrying about approvals and all of that. Love it here!

Cons

Like all organizations some processes aren't ideal but overall it's great!

Amazing team and leadership that really cares about the employees.

Cons

the work is very technical and takes some additional work and effort up front to ramp up. But this is to be expected in a pretesting role.
