      - If you negotiate well, you can get paid well, and also you can negotiate a package after being fired for 3-6 months - Ensure your stock matures fast, as RIFs are every quarter

      - CEO is immature, insecure, has no idea what it means to build a product and a company, has no time for the company as he is investing in his own; this is pure luck that this company still exists - There is no management, toxic yes people, at this point, mostly very average talent is around
