The company recently hired a new CMO, CTO, CFO and VP of Engineering and they have brought with them a tremendous level of experience, knowledge and emotional intelligence this company has never quite experienced. The bar has been raised! The Executive Team is melding well together and its super exciting to see how these big players are changing the landscape of the company! So looking forward to see what next in our evolution.

Cons

People don't like change. With the company moving into a different phase of its lifecycle which needs different skillsets, many leave as that isn;t their strength or sweet spot.

Pros

An incredible product with an incredible team behind it. The market is as unique and attractive as they come. The competition is minimal, and SSC has some tangible advantages over its biggest rival. As is the case of any high-growth environment, the day moves quickly and the expectations are high, however, if you are here to work and grow you will move up quickly. A true commitment to meritocracy and empowering employees to go above and beyond their job titles.

Cons

Its an intense environment. For some that's too much, but for those who come prepared to work, it won't be a problem.

Very nice office environment, centrally located, really fun and smart people to work with, tremendously collaborative and goal oriented. I haven't been working here for too long but the culture they've built is super contagious and happy to be part of it.

Cons

Whatever you would expect comes with an organization that's super ambitious and goal oriented. Lot of work but worth it -be ready to roll up your sleeves
