Pros

-Collaborative workspace, even for remote employees. There is so much done here to assure remote workers are part of the conversation, information sharing and the decisions made at HQ. -Great people brought in who are focused on teamwork. You do not find people trying to be heroes, doing things on their own. We all work together to solve problems. -The technology is easy to understand, position, and solves relevant problems in today's security landscape.

Cons

-As start ups go - its hard work! We are all here because we truly believe in the team, the market, and the solution. This requires dedication and time which sometimes isn't for everyone, but in the end it can and will pay off. -Also a common start up trait - change, things will change (I don't see this as a con, but some do). We are trying new things, blazing new trails, there will be times where we need to run one direction, then quickly adapt and go in another direction. Change is the only constant in hyper-growth security start ups.

Pros

Emerging technology. It’s a paycheck.

Cons

Beware! Proceed with caution. Just a “nice to have” product. No definitive direction from leadership. Keep your cv updated if you decide to take the leap. Pricing structure’s all over the place. I’ll just stop there.

Pros

A culture around results, radical candor, and empowering teams. This strong foundation became a bulldozer that crushes any corporate BS or ill-conceived initiatives we had. Given the space, tech team is very diverse with presents many opportunities to learn from peers with different backgrounds. There's also engineering teams in 3 continents which made remote work move from supported, to a first-class experience. Finally a market fit and momentum that has become more visible recently, accelerated growth and attracted A-players in many leadership positions. Despite this growth the startup soul is alive, plenty of opportunities for innovation in any discipline.

Cons

we still have many things to figure out, and some baggage from almost 7 years of life, this can be daunting. there's been a lot of positive changes in all fronts, but this is still a marathon.
