Pros

Amazing professional experience, plus major resume builder. If you're given the chance to continue onward in your growth trajectory, then this place will serve a purpose in your career and offer valuable experience.

Cons

Working at SecurityScorecard will feel like exercising with ankle weights on. While on the surface, you're growing, your team's growing, the company appears to be trending in the right direction, simultaneously there's an alternative reality being lived out by the executive team and felt by every employee in the organization. Those that disagree with senior management move on with their careers. Those that work too hard and drink the Kool Aid too fast burn out and/or leave on their own accord, as was the case with multiple, consecutive senior executives in recent months. If you believe this is the opportunity you've been waiting your whole career for, think again. While ultimately what a fantastic springboard this was, it's not really much more than that.

We understand losing a job can be difficult and is not made easier by the current economic climate. While we truly feel for every person impacted, we as a company continuously re-evaluate the needs of our business and what will make us accelerate toward continued growth. This can include shifting where we allocate employees and how to ensure that we are operating with good efficiency to maintain the health and integrity of SecurityScorecard.

Pros

The office is on a nice block, I guess.

Cons

I have never heard anyone speak fondly about SecurityScorecard. In one quarter while I was there all but two of the C-levels left. There was a revolving door for senior management. That should tell you everything that you need to know.
