Fantastic growth opportunities if you work hard & do your job well! Lots of internal promotions happen. Super solid, fun product in an emerging market. Amazing founders and CRO who take the time to build relationships with employees and go out of their way to recognize and reward hard work. Cold brew + beer keg, endless snacks, lunch & learns, happy hours, group fitness activities and all the other fun startup stuff! Flexible WFH friendly environment & unlimited PTO

Cons

Product development can be slow. Lots of change in middle management. All things expected in a startup though.

Hard to imagine why the org with the "best tech and investors" in this space is having to lay off most of their sales staff.

Cons

One Scorecard values are preached.....but of course not practiced. Leadership roles need to be closely examined.
