      Pros

      There is room for growth and tons of cross channel work for you to gain experience in different parts of the tech world. SecurityScorecard has core values that we recognize within our teammates and look for people to embody within the company. Since SecurityScorecard is creating a new market there is plenty of opportunities for sales in a mostly untapped market.

      Cons

      This is a tough job that takes commitment to learn new skills and regularly be open to trying new techniques consistently changing with the market which can cause burnout if you are not consistently committed to excellence.

      Great market. Solid product. Strong Leadership. People committed and believe in mission. Hard work and great for those up for the challenge

      Cons

      Turnover been a challenge but understandable and list of distinguished people who want to join seems endless. Recent reduction not fun but seems smart and was handled well.
