      One of the best places I’ve ever worked

      Pros

      The collaboration between teams, management and executives was like no other company I’ve worked for. I was encouraged to be innovative and to lead projects side by side with leadership. The people of SSC are what makes it an amazing place to work, and the ability to be a creative thinker was amazing. If you’re a hard worker, enjoy fast paced, ever changing startups, this is the place for you. If you lack integrity or work ethic, look elsewhere.

      Cons

      I cant think of many cons to working at SSC, but if I had to pick one it would be the lack of 401 k matching.

      Pros

      Outstanding sales leadership from CRO, fast-paced environment, inclusive corporate culture (“one Scorecard”), and a leader in cybersecurity ratings with over 1.3M companies rated. SecurityScorecard’s great executive leadership (CEO, CRO) coupled with the company’s ability to quickly adapt to change is a huge plus!

      Cons

      No major downside. The company’s challenges are typical with those in fast-paced, start-up environments. Unfortunately, there is no 401K match provided.
