Real leadership. Technology that actually works. Managers that care about your work-life balance. And doing remote work correctly.

Communication is hard at the best of times. SSC does well, but everyone can improve somewhere.

Great people and great interviewing process. Amazing Benefits, including the ability to work from home. Great leaders and team members.

Cons

There are none I can think off, maybe 401k or RRSP matching, but I am sure that it is still coming.
