Pros

Unlimited PTO, great product, gave mental health days during COVID, almost everyone is helpful when it comes to knowledge on the product.

Cons

CEO (he repeats the same stories a million times, he comes off as angry and brings toxicity to the work environment). While I was there he let multiple departments & people go and really couldn't tell you why. We would just hear him say "thank insert name for their tour of duty." Pay is entry level. They will promote you without paying you for the promotion. Product is still a nice to have. Not many paths for growth. All of the really smart people seemed to leave within 2 years of being there. Also, it was known around SSC that many of the positive reviews on glassdoor (4-5 stars) are the marketing team who keeps creating those...so beware when you are looking at all of the reviews.

Pros

Has competitive salary, opportunity to learn code and has and education stipend. Loved working with my team and sharing best practices. Unlimited snacks in the office.

Cons

Not any POC in leadership, not enough cross training between teams. Sales team can have expectations that are sometimes unrealistic solutions they want for the client. Also out team never got any recognition .
