Pros

Cool co-workers. Casual dress code. Kegs and parties at the office. Good work/life balance. Great learning experience.

Cons

Below standard pay. Wasn't always supportive. Growing pains of start up, but seemed slow to outgrow them. Product didn't always work as well as advertised, and didn't possess the features and easy interface of competitors. Many people came and go, average tenure was not very long.

- A really good and transparent management team.  - My coworkers are some of the the smartest and friendliest people I have ever worked with. I hear conversations about everything from Chess to Computer Science Theory to Quantum Physics. - Great product.

Cons

Like other startups it's like being in a tornado. Things move really fast and you're never bored.
