      Hot Space, Great Product, Awesome people

      Pros

      Great space, fast pace, amazing opportunity. The company is on track to success and get acquired. Great investors (google, sequoia). Great technological challenge. The most amazing team of people I have ever worked with, really talented and friendly. I had great experience working with everyone and the potential is huge.

      Cons

      The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they need to focus more on the core product and have less distractions. experiments are great but build what you sell first.

      Hot Space, Poor Execution

      Pros

      This company is operating in a hot space right now. The financials look solid.

      Cons

      This is absolutely one of the most toxic work environments I've ever been in my career. Most will not last a year before either resigning or being fired. It is extremely difficult to work alongside the CEO. The CEO is super stubborn, has a really bad temper and tends to take out his anger on his employees. The philosophy of the CEO is that everyone is replaceable.

      Cutting edge Cybersecurity start-up poised for hyper-growth

      Pros

      Experienced founders/mgt that care about their organization and their employees. One of the best cybersecurity startups in NYC. Procured financing from the best VCs due to quality of their product, customers, and team.

      Cons

      There really are no cons. Honestly, great place to be for your career than most companies. For qualified candidates, be sure to negotiate your incentives commensurate with your experience and value add to the organization.
