Met some incredibly smart and caring people. Really enjoyed working with them until their employment was terminated on a quarterly basis.

Cons

Leadership regularly pushed out capable leaders because they wouldn’t accept the constant overbearing micromanagement and aimless one off requests. Others left willingly because they saw the writing on the wall. The propaganda machine let everyone know that we were strapped to a rocket headed to the moon though….

SecurityScorecard was very organized and during the interview process and acted very swiftly. The entire process took about 2 weeks and the recruiter I worked with was so communicative throughout my discussions. Everyone that I've met at SecurityScorecard thus far has been welcoming and seems to be driven. The NYC office is a great space and I'm excited for the journey!

Cons

The TAM team at SecurityScorecard is relatively new and I've gotten the impression that management is still fine tuning internal processes. I'm confident that the team will be able successfully grow the organization in due time.
