Pros

There weren't many. The vacation policy was nice, but you didn't have time to take time off.

Cons

The CEO and management are the worst. In my many years in the corporate world, I have never seen such a bunch of phonies. The CEO is a nightmare. He uses foul language and loves to belittle employees. Those under him are too afraid to stand up to him. This company has 0% loyalty towards their employees. Look at the turnover. They can not keep good people. It has been like this from the start, Run...do not get sucked in. If you are let go you will be screwed. Read the fine print on any job offer.
