Pros

Most bad executive leadership doesn't last more than 9 months. Time-off is approved. Remote and timezone friendly. Strong values, great mission, and you develop meaningful domain experience in a high-value field. Results matter. Competent individual contributors can do their jobs. Tenured gems are littered across teams that are more valuable than leadership realizes. Leaders are improving at communicating appropriating. Engineering has good deployment and support processes in place. Company Monthly Fridays off are the only thing holding me together.

Cons

Most good executive leadership doesn't last more than 9 months. Time-off is hard to schedule because of the high workloads. This is team and project dependent. Extremely poor equity and mediocre promotions, even for top performers. This causes resentment and burnout. I cannot recommend SecurityScorecard when there have been 2 deep and sudden layoffs within 6 months and more work without additional compensation. Long-term mindshare strength of the company is rapidly diminishing. Understand first how your performance will be measured. My advice to job-seekers, look at how long your manager and peers have been in their current roles. Tenure under 1 year is a bad sign for you and your team.

Pros

Every day we help customers to reduce their risks and avoid a cybersecurity incident, in a professional environment working from home, the team is very close, even though we are separated by thousands of kilometers, they are always close and ready to help.

Cons

For now I have nothing to suggest, the only thing I wonder is why I didn't come earlier.

Pros

Fully remote, pretty good product, lots of very smart colleagues, plenty of flexibility, good work-life-balance

Cons

- Absolutely 0 training... it's pretty much "here's a laptop, check out these videos and figure it out!" - Laid-off a third of the company with 0 severance - Poor leadership/management all around. No one has the answers to anything - CEO is constantly firing people who is feared by most and respected by few - The company is a revolving door of talented people
