-Compensation plan can be lucrative. -Promotions possible if liked

Cons

-Leadership is very reactive and quick to point fingers. Layoffs continue to occur. -Culture has drastically declined over last few years and has become toxic. -Sales leaders are unqualified for job. -Floating transactions are not a practical way to scale business.

- This company is full of brilliant individuals passionate about what they do. - The product stack is strong and has solid potential ahead. - There is a plethora of exciting challenges to sink your teeth in. - Executive team listens to your feedback IF it is articulated constructively and followed up with proposed paths to resolution. (contrary to some of the reviews I've seen in the past). My general advice to anyone who considers SecurityScorecard: - This organization will help you define your career. - The opportunities you'll face here are challenging and rewarding. - You will make a name for yourself if your work hard and solve impactful problems. - You will fail if you come here for a "comfortable" job where every day looks the same.

Cons

- The company has almost too many exciting opportunities ahead, so retaining focus is crucial. -Some departments have a "taller hill" to climb as they improve their effectiveness, but every problem I've observed so far is fixable.
