      Pros

      Great product with unlimited potential. Senior leadership team who really care about the business and people.

      Cons

      This is an extremely fast-paced company and it takes a special entrepreneurial attitude to succeed here. But if you're willing to go outside your comfort zone, there's a ton of growth and career potential here.

      Great company with many perks and amazing people. Recruitment process was professional and effective. I am so happy I joined the company.

      Turnover is a big issue. A lot of executives don't stay long time on their positions.

      Pros

      - founding CEO and COO are two of the most talented entrepreneurs I've ever seen or worked with - they are on a mission to, genuinely, make the world a safer place (and they have the product/platform to actually pull it off). it's a big, elon musk-style type of ambition, and the founders' mentality is essentially "keep up or get out of the way" - i thrive in that sort of a fast-paced, mission driven environment, so the management style is a plus for me - some of the smartest people in infosec work here, i think of it as like working at Google, where the company goes out of its way to recruit only top talent. this is good for me as a staffer, because i get to work with some really smart and talented people. - the company is pre-IPO

      Cons

      - the fast-paced approach isn't for everyone, but if you like moving fast and have a bias towards action then it's a good place to be
