Not for the weak-minded

Pros

Salary, culture, benefits, good leadership from non-Chief executives.

Cons

C-suite is ruining the org, lots of turnover because people can't handle the heat. It's a NYC based company and if you're not used to that speed or a direct style of communication, this probably isn't for you. At the same time, C-suite isn't grateful for the work everyone is putting in, so there is blame on both sides.

Learned a lot but saw a lot

Pros

Got to participate in a lot of different projects, learned a lot of new skills, met some bright people. There can be a lot of drama in some departments but if you stay out of it, you can grow and get some good work in.

Cons

Some departments are more prone to drama and that would affect morale, especially if it caused senior leaders to leave the company.
