Pros

Good compensation Intelligent and hard-working staff

Cons

The CEO uses the phrase radical candor to describe basic human indecency and the complete lack of emotional intelligence that he and the COO possess. The amount of C-suite churn over the last several years can only describe how painfully toxic the corporate culture is. People join the company because it is an interesting product in an interesting space, but anyone joining the company only has to look around at the average employee tenure to get a sense of the issues at hand. Never in my experience have I seen a company so unwilling to invest in and trust its employees. Your job as an employee is to execute the specific will of an executive's latest great idea. They will claim any success however all failure starts and ends with you. Leadership "knows what it wants" but also struggles to articulate any meaningful expression of that when it comes to how its products and experiences should work for the customers. You will know this in very short order once you begin to touch the product. Expect burnout and not getting used to seeing the same faces for any extended period of time as more and more of the companys best alumni flock to competitors.

Pros

Innovative, solving real-world problems with passion. SecurityScorecard is customer-first, compassionate, and dedicated to its employees. I wake each morning knowing that I am working for a company that is helping businesses, protecting companies, and is at the forefront of advising governing agencies on cyber security. We are making a difference with innovation and vision!

Cons

SecurityScorecard is growing fast and is breaking the boundaries of a simple start-up. There is room for process improvements and credible business applications to help them with their growth and sustain best-of-breed business practices.
