Right now there are no advantages of working here, kinda good salary maybe but they are not adjusting in inflation, 2+ years without receiving a change in salary.
Cons
This company is literally a dumpster fire: - C-Level leadership is delusional (with blatant cases of nepotism). - Company cutting costs even on the tools we use, management, product and sales area are a revolving door. - They fire people and send mails saying these employees "decided to explore new opportunities", and straight up lying to the whole company. - Gross mismanagement of this company: They don't do proper budgets so they end up cutting costs on parts of the companies who are critical to run. - VP level management basically run the company on bad decisions and expects miracles to solve the problems themselves had dug in. - High levels of stress because every week there's bad news of something on this company. - Employees are open about not wanting to work here anymore, and only they do because the market is in a bad state right now, it's a shame to work on a company nobody wants to work in. Basically, I wouldn't recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Note: HR is sending fake glassdoor reviews with 5 stars, look at the likes to discover which of these are real and which are not.
