      You have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people across multiple departments. Excellence is a must. The pay is average for the region but the benefits are wonderful.

      Cons

      Not enough communication from the top down. Working for a government agency is not ideal for all people. Be ready to drink the Kool-Aid or leave.
