Pros

Great benefits, good pay, potential room to grow, flexible with reasonable time off, friendly environment, coworkers are great team players and always willing to help, you can tell the company really cares for their employees, nice team functions

Cons

Training could be better. (Example) My training was about a week and two days long. The first week consisted of looking at powerpoint modules and taking quizzes. The following week... for only two days...consisted of me shadowing 3 to 4 adjusters a day... who all work very differently. After those two days I was thrown on the floor taking claims on my own. Some of the employees in the "inner circle" with management are shown favoritism. (Example) Some employees are able to socialize and take extended breaks while some get scolded for it and are somewhat micromanaged because they are younger The same rules should apply to everyone. (Example) if X and Y were hired the same day and had to get their adjuster license within a certain time frame; X shouldn't have an extended time more than Y to get a license...that sounds like discrimination. New management, especially adjusters who got promoted need training on their work and how to talk and treat their team Don't have claim rep doing claims adjusters work that they are not licensed to do...is that even legal? As long as the claims get assigned right...?

Pros

the company offers great benefits and the company match for 401k as well as their paid portion is very generous. great location and facility, paid time off is also very generous, however it is almost impossible to actually use your time off while maintaining your assigned work

Cons

no work life balance, work loads are frequently completely unrealistic, can not speak truth to upper management without fear of reprocussion,
