      Too many changes for leadership to keep everyone in the loop

      Benefits- 5wk vacation spread out over the year, lots of other benefits to choose from

      Cons

      Leadership is in too many meetings to effectively manage teams. Lots of changes to the client specific requests, and if a coordinator is absent, say on a medical leave, no one will attempt to catch them up; instead, they write you up and elevate stress levels where people leave.

      Management makes up their own rules as they go. Can't move up company as fast as they say. Underpaid for the amount of work you do.
